TROUT DINNER - Saturday, March 6th
We celebrate the opening of Missouri’s fishing season with
a Gourmet Trout Dinner every
year. This year’s dinner will be on
March 6, the first Saturday of March. Trout,
the featured delicacy prepared by St. James’ “trout guys”, is the focal point of
the gourmet dinner. They have been working their magic for ten years grilling on
the winery's patio and bringing the grill hot fillets to tableside.
Meramec Vineyards’ Bistro d’Vine provides the
gourmet accompaniment to this four course dinner – baby greens salad, seasonal side
vegetable, fresh baked bread. Dinner is
$18.50 plus tax and gratuity. Wine may
be purchased by the glass or bottle.
Seating begins at 5:30 p.m. with last seating at 8:00
p.m. Reservations are needed and this
dinner fills up quickly. (If there is
anyone who doesn’t eat fish, there is an alternative entrée.)
